Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

For all orders placed after 12 pm, the day of the order placed will not be counted in delivery days. Delivery days will be counted from the next business day. Please note that the delivery days don’t include Public Holidays and Sundays.

Any changes in design or alteration in Gerber file should be informed on the same day by mail and tele confirmation. It will be considered on our acceptance only.

Under any circumstances the order cannot be cancelled once the payment is made, since our team starts making necessary procurement and immediate arrangements to deliver your orders. But, we have a discretion to cancel an order & refund the amount paid.

We try our best to deliver your order on time. Although, due to the nature of process in industry, there could be a delay in delivery related to unforeseen circumstances which, are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any refund claims for a delay in delivery.

On any circumstances in a quality issue, or genuine mistakes like product not matching as per your gerber file/Design, your product will be replaced . Please contact us as soon as possible and our team will look into it with a sense of urgency. We sincerely apologise if this is the case. Please note that our liability is limited to only replacement of Bare Boards supplied by us.

If PCBs are found defective by our Quality Control Department, they will be discarded and a new order will be generated on your behalf and a free replacement of PCBs will be made.
